At Radafio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-Day Return Window to all customers. That means customer has to return the product within 30 days since the package is marked to get received by ship carrier. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date. 

 

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Returns are accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged item.

Returns are accepted if products are unopened in original packaging or never been used 

Returns are accepted if products are opened or have been slightly used

2. Return/Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service at service@rodafio.com and include the following details:  Order number, a brief description of the issue, photos of the item(s) received

b. You will receive an email with the return address and detailed instructions. Please follow these instructions to proceed.

c. Ensure the tracking number for your return is valid, as it is required to process your return or exchange.  

3.Time frame for Returns/Exchanges

 Request for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns will be processed to refund within 2 days after we receive your returned package. 

Exchanges will also be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item and reshipped out with 5 days. 

4.Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card). All refunds may take 1-2 weeks, depending on your bank’s processing time. That means you need to wait for at most 14 days to receive the refund.

We will notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been processed. If the return is caused by the consumer (except the retail duty), consumer should be responsible for the shipping cost.

The specific fee should be based on the ship carrier you choose.If due to our reasons, all returns or exchanges are no charged for customer. the customer is not required to pay shipping cost.  France and Spain customer may return at its currency cost by EUR, Not US Dollar.
